Fajitas

About 30 minutes to prepare and cook.


 Fajitas

 - 1 family size bag fajita meat, chicken or beef

 - about 4 flour tortillas

 - half an onion, cut into strips

 - sour cream

 - grated cheddar cheese

 - tomato salsa

Heat fajita meat in skillet with onion. Serve on warmed tortilla. Top with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and salsa.

 Guacamole

 - 2 large avocados

 - 1 small tomato, peeled and chopped  (or about a half can of diced tomatoes)

 - 1 clove chopped garlic or 1 Tsp garlic powder

 - some lemon wedges

Peel avocados, place in bowl, and mash with a fork. Add tomato, garlic, and juice from a few lemon wedges, mix well.
