Red Wine Vinegar and Oil Salad Dressing

I started making my own because the Good Season's Italian Dressing was just way too salty. This is really easy but took a while to get just right.


   1/4 cup Regina Red Wine Vinegar

   1/4 cup Star Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

   1 clove garlic, chopped      (1 teaspoon if using dehydrated garlic)

   1 teaspoon seasoned pepper   (optional)

Put all ingredients into a suitable container and shake well. Pour on salad immediately before the mix separates. Remaining dressing can be stored in a closed container at room temperature. If you have one of those Good Season's bottles it works great for this.
